Hi everyone! I hope you're all doing well. We are so excited to finally share more pictures of our wedding with you! Today, we're all about our wedding outfits.
The hunt for the perfect wedding dress was actually a lot easier than I had feared. I booked an appointment in a rather big store : I wanted lots of choice, brands, shapes, prices to be able to pick mine. When I got there, the ladies and I talked a bit about what I liked and what I didn't, what would suit my style and silhouette... I started trying on a few gowns that were all very pretty but as I walked by the door of their atelier, I noticed a beautiful dress on the rack and immediately asked if I could try this one, I had not seen in store... It was love at first sight! I took me less than 2 hours to make my choice and a few other visits in store to have minor modifications done. As we were to get married in wintertime, I also had to find something to wear on top : this lovely cardigan was my pick. We also wanted a fun hint at the theme by wearing these matching boots!
My hair was pretty simple (done by my mum!) I found this stabilized plant haircomb on etsy, and decided to do my makeup myself. I wanted to look like my normal self. A lace ribbon wrapping my bouquet, asymetrical earrings and of course my wedding and engagement rings completed my wedding attire. I felt warm, comfortable, confident and at my best for this amazing day!
